Be a part of CD research
Learn about the ICONIC-CD research study of an
oral investigational medication for adults with moderately
to severely active Crohn’s disease (CD).
You may be able to take part in ICONIC-CD if you meet the study criteria below. If you are interested in participating, the study doctor or staff will review additional study criteria with you.
Inclusion criteria
- Are at least 18 years old
- Be diagnosed of CD for at least 3 months
- Have moderately to severely active CD upon entry
- Have not been able to tolerate or have not improved with current or previous treatment for your CD
There are other criteria needed to qualify, which your study doctor will discuss with you.
Exclusion criteria
- Have complications of CD that may require surgery
What happens during the study?
There are 5 parts to this study:
- Screening (Up to 6 weeks)
- Induction (12 weeks)
- Maintenance (40 weeks)
- Extension (208 weeks)
- Safety Follow-Up (4 weeks after last dose)
Total Duration: Up to 5 years

During the study visits, you will undergo various procedures to monitor your health. These procedures may include:
- Physical exam
- Vital signs measurement
- Chest X-ray
- Electrocardiogram (ECGs)
- Blood sample
- Stool sample
- Health assessments
- Questionnaires
- eDiary
- Pregnancy test (if applicable)
- Video ileocolonoscopies with biopsy
Not every test will be done at every visit. Some visits could be completed via telehealth.
