ICONIC-CD is evaluating an investigational medication for people with moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease (CD).
- Participants will receive the investigational medication or placebo (a substance that looks like the investigational medication but does not contain any active ingredients) while completing various study tests and procedures.
- Neither the study staff nor participants will know if they are receiving the investigational medication or placebo.
- Study duration: Up to 5 years
The safety and efficacy of the investigational medication have not been established.
The goal of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of an oral investigational medication in people with moderately to severely active CD.
Crohn's disease is a chronic inflammatory bowel condition where the immune system attacks the gastrointestinal tract, causing periods of remission and occasional worsening of symptoms.
